
Our Business
We acquire affordable homes which may be provided under Section 106 planning obligations or via private market sale. We will normally seek to invest only in projects that contain 50 homes or more.
We will purchase homes for rent, intermediate or key worker rental and shared ownership units. The homes we own are made available to local authorities or offered in the open market for rent or shared ownership purposes. Our homes are managed by a panel of RSL partners who have extensive experience of housing management in their local area.
We cover the whole of England and Wales from our head office in central London. We have homes spanning the country from the South Coast to Manchester in the North. New properties are being added each week and details can be accessed from this website.
Our rental properties are only offered through local authorities and applications for housing should be made to them in the first instance.
